[Issue 255] Fix Notifiy also checking for /etc/HOSTNAME (#256)

Browse Source 
* - Adjusted **FromHost** variable to have fallback options when `cat /etc/hostname` or `hostname` command fails.
* - Bumped Version to 0.7
